Event registrations are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Koala Night Club. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

3. User Conduct

Users are expected to behave respectfully at all events. Koala Night Club reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or illegal behavior.

Photography and videography may occur at events. By attending, you consent to being photographed and for such media to be used for promotional purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Koala Night Club is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during events, except where required by law. Participants attend at their own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
